So I've seen alot of these neon rhinestone necklaces all over Pinterest, and I must say I am in LOVE with them! I didn't want to spend big bucks on one to own one, so I painted my own of course =) Here's what you need:

-cheap rhinestone necklace (I got mine at Icing for $18 which is more than I wanted to spend but owell)
-neon nail polish or neon paints

All I did was figure out a pattern I wanted to use. I painted it on paper before I painted the necklace. Then when I finally figured out a pattern I wanted, I carefully painted the rhinestones. After they dried, I did put a coat of clear coat nail polish on them to make them brighter. Here is my finished necklace!
