    Hi Katie, I love the desk. I have a similar one and would love to recreate what you did! Its not painted, basic wood. Where do I begin? Thanks

      I started by lightly sanding it with a sanding block. Then I used paint that had primer in it (I don't remember the name because I did this project a few years ago). After it was dry I took scrapbooking paper and mod podge and glued the papers to the front. Off to the side I took Crome spray paint and sprayed the drawer pulls. Lastly I got a piece of glass cut for the top.
